Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- one plus year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs or more with or without assistance
- able to navigate stairs and tight spaces with care
- owns one of the following vehicles: box truck (16-26 feet), cargo van, or pickup truck
- vehicle must be well-maintained and compliant with local transportation laws
- possesses plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down or ratchet straps, and a basic tool kit
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- vehicle insurance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs or more with or without assistance

- proficiency with basic tools for light assembly
Job Duties
- Complete retail store pickups and home deliveries
- manage custom or pre-assembled furniture drop-offs
- perform major appliance deliveries such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- ensure careful handling and secure transport of large items
- communicate effectively with customers and dispatch teams
- maintain and organize necessary delivery equipment
