Job Requirements
- Complete a background check using a valid driver’s license to obtain a Shield ID

Job Qualifications

- proficiency in using mobile applications
- ability to manage time efficiently
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of property inspections
- ability to handle driving over extended periods
- reliable use of a smartphone
Job Duties
- Spend extended periods driving
- route and complete inspections with an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time
- determine property occupancy status based on industry standards
- report general property conditions
- use InspectorADE mobile app to document inspections with photographs and comments
- communicate regularly with inspection manager via text, email and phone
- deliver or post letters as required
