Job Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Complete background check with valid driver's license for Shield ID
- Computer and internet connection
- Vehicle with good gas mileage

Job Qualifications
- Preferred experience in mortgage or property inspections
- Ability to use mobile technology and apps
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of property conditions
- Familiarity with local property inspection requirements
Job Duties
- Spend extended periods of time driving
- Manage time efficiently to route and complete inspections within 3-5 days turnaround
- Determine property occupancy based on industry standards
- Report general property conditions
- Use InspectorADE mobile app to document photographs, comments, and forms
- Maintain consistent communication with inspection manager via text, email, and phone
