Job Requirements
- Available to work AM shifts starting at 6:30 AM or 9 AM
- Solid knowledge of food ingredients and cooking methods
- Experience in making menu pairing recommendations
- Knowledge of wine and beverage selection
- Ability to maintain accuracy of varied menu items
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Physical ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Able to work AM shifts starting 6:30 AM or 9 AM
- Exhibit comprehensive food knowledge
- Detail and define all ingredients on the food menu
- Recommend menu pairings based on food and beverage knowledge
- Familiar with cooking methods and preparation times
- Display wine and beverage knowledge
- Maintain accuracy of all food, cocktail, beer, and wine menu items
- Organized and detail oriented with flexibility
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Display a warm, personalized and caring welcome by greeting guests upon arrival
- Present menus, answer questions and make personalized suggestions regarding food and beverage pairings
- Place guest orders according to cooking and preparation times ensuring seamless service
- Partner with team members to serve food and beverages exceeding guest expectations
- Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
- Respond to additional guest requirements by monitoring dining process
- Clean and set up dining areas for following service
- Refill service areas according to department standards
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leaders
