Job Requirements

  • Available to work AM shifts starting at 6:30 AM or 9 AM
  • Solid knowledge of food ingredients and cooking methods
  • Experience in making menu pairing recommendations
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage selection
  • Ability to maintain accuracy of varied menu items
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Physical ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Able to work AM shifts starting 6:30 AM or 9 AM
  • Exhibit comprehensive food knowledge
  • Detail and define all ingredients on the food menu
  • Recommend menu pairings based on food and beverage knowledge
  • Familiar with cooking methods and preparation times
  • Display wine and beverage knowledge
  • Maintain accuracy of all food, cocktail, beer, and wine menu items
  • Organized and detail oriented with flexibility
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Display a warm, personalized and caring welcome by greeting guests upon arrival
  • Present menus, answer questions and make personalized suggestions regarding food and beverage pairings
  • Place guest orders according to cooking and preparation times ensuring seamless service
  • Partner with team members to serve food and beverages exceeding guest expectations
  • Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
  • Respond to additional guest requirements by monitoring dining process
  • Clean and set up dining areas for following service
  • Refill service areas according to department standards
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leaders
