Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferably in restaurant management
- Proven ability to make personnel decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant daily operations
- Hire, train, and develop a team of up to 40 employees
- Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the culture of aloha
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Motivate team to achieve sales and operational goals
- Conduct on-the-spot interviews and make sound personnel decisions
