Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferably in restaurant management
  • Proven ability to make personnel decisions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in food service or business management
  • Proven track record of promoting and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivational and team-building abilities
  • Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant daily operations
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of up to 40 employees
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold the culture of aloha
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Motivate team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Conduct on-the-spot interviews and make sound personnel decisions
