Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in upscale/fine dining
  • Knowledge of food and beverage
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and positively
  • Above average communication skills both written and oral
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant
  • Knowledge of food and beverage
  • Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
  • Above average communication skills - both written and oral
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel environment will receive priority consideration
  • Current Four Seasons employees preferred
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist restaurant servers with all aspects of service
  • Clear, clean and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
  • Move tables and chairs throughout the restaurant as needed
  • Answer questions regarding menu and other offerings, including specials, in the immediate absence of a server
  • Clearly communicate with servers, other restaurant employees and supervisors/management regarding regular service, special requests, service issues, and any other important information
  • Other duties as assigned
