Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including peak times
- willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
- readiness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- excellent communication and teamwork mindset
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn cooking techniques including stir-frying
- prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes on demand
- ensure each dish is prepared consistently with quality and attention to presentation
- follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
- learn and refine cooking and stir-fry skills through practical training
- maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
- work in a dynamic, teamwork-oriented environment with clear communication
- manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
