Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • availability to work flexible hours including peak times
  • willingness to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • readiness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • excellent communication and teamwork mindset
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn cooking techniques including stir-frying
  • prior restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes on demand
  • ensure each dish is prepared consistently with quality and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and refine cooking and stir-fry skills through practical training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, teamwork-oriented environment with clear communication
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
