Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to learn new automotive technologies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
  • Commitment to following established safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ASE certification
  • Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
  • Previous electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to mentor junior technicians
  • Commitment to safety and company policies

Job Duties

  • Perform line technician services including routine inspections and maintenance
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform problem-solving tasks
  • Conduct brake repairs, fluid exchanges and flushes, preventative maintenance
  • Execute wheel alignments and tire installation
  • Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about vehicle conditions
  • Mentor and guide junior automotive technicians
  • Document all work performed on repair orders
  • Report safety issues immediately to management
  • Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care
  • Follow company policies regarding vehicle care and operation
  • Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, squatting for extended periods
