Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous route driving experience preferred
- Previous merchandising experience preferred
- Must have valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to operate or learn to operate material handling equipment
- Must be able to work independently for most of the workday
- Must be available to work full-time schedule with varying hours including mornings
- Must adhere to company policies and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- 3 years driving experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year related experience
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license unless otherwise indicated by state
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts
- Able to work independently and responsible for route, working unsupervised 98 percent of the work day
Job Duties
- Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market
- Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance
- Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and other related equipment
- Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment when necessary
- Ensure truck is properly loaded with required products prior to daily routes following operational procedures
- Inform clients of new products or services and resolve service complaints
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials to customers
- Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product
- Conduct inventory reconciliation according to District procedures
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized and perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Perform all job functions safely and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
