Job Requirements
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying heavy trays
- positive attitude and ability to build strong team relationships
Job Qualifications
- prior fine dining experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- availability Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons/evenings until 11:00 pm
- friendly, service-oriented personality with a commitment to exceeding expectations
Job Duties
- support the mission and values of the Atlanta Athletic Club through excellent service
- foster teamwork by assisting colleagues on the floor and with side work
- complete opening and closing side work for each shift
- ensure tables, chairs, and setups are ready before guests are seated
- maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room throughout the shift
- deliver outstanding customer service and fulfill guest requests promptly
- maintain knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings
- assist servers with delivering plates and replenishing beverages
- clear and reset tables
- consistently remove used plates and glassware
- monitor condiment inventory and restock as needed
- provide support for other departments and club functions when required
