Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- pass the physical capabilities test if applicable
- must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- proof of insurance
- ability to lift, push, pull cases weighing 20-45 pounds
- ability to bend, reach and squat consistently
- reliable attendance
- ability to work rotating shifts and follow a consistent schedule
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- experience working for a retail business or grocery store preferred
- knowledge of store operations, backroom and inventory management
- experience stocking aisles and shelves
- experience moving products safely using equipment like U Boats, hand trucks or pallet jacks
- merchandising skills including filling shelves, building displays, rotating products, cleaning shelves, and managing out-of-stock situations
- ability to organize backroom/stock room inventory effectively
- customer service experience including handling complaints and responding to requests
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- proof of insurance
- ability to read and input orders using hand held devices
Job Duties
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
- rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
- transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
- use equipment to transport products such as U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks
- display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
- keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
- communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
- build customer relationships at the store level
- comply with operating procedures such as scan-in/scan-out, following designated route
- service accounts during designated times established by management
- deliver customer service such as communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs
- ability to operate under minimal supervision
- use hand held devices to write/input orders
- regular, reliable, predictable attendance
