Job Duties
- Operate as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
- exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintain updated knowledge to educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- assist members with account maintenance, processing needs, changes and transactions including payments
- serve as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions
- engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
