Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Willingness to work varying 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Answer and manage phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain patient records and information accurately
  • Assist with processing insurance and billing inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare staff
  • Provide general administrative support to clinic operations
