Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience in a medical or healthcare administrative setting
- ability to handle busy work environment
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- reliable attendance
- basic computer skills including document scanning and scheduling software
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- ability to work monday through friday from 10 am to 6 pm
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Duties
- answer inbound and outbound phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- manage collection and verification of patient forms
- gather supplements and lab kits as needed for patients
- check out patients and invoice for products and services
- schedule appointments for multiple healthcare providers
- scan and upload patient documents
- perform additional tasks as assigned within a fast-paced medical environment
