Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist experience preferred
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic computer literacy
  • ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • willingness to work in a healthcare setting adhering to confidentiality protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in basic computer applications
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors
  • manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing
  • coordinate communication between healthcare staff and patients
  • maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
