Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred
  • Ability to administer Spravato/Ketamine treatments after training
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable using EMR systems
  • Ability to manage scheduling and billing processes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting required
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (ECW) highly preferred
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, professional demeanor with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using EMR systems and other office technology

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and check in patients while ensuring a smooth front desk experience
  • Manage multi-line phone calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
  • Verify insurance details, process copayments, and assist with billing procedures
  • Make reminder calls and maintain clear communication with patients regarding appointments
  • Accurately maintain and safeguard patient records and documentation
  • Administer Spravato/Ketamine treatments (comprehensive training provided)
  • Conduct UDS (urine drug screen) testing
  • Work closely with medical and administrative teams to support high-quality patient care
  • Perform general office and clerical duties as needed to ensure efficient daily operations
