Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with variable hours
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including word processing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff
  • Perform word processing and clerical duties
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information and support to patients regarding services and policies
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
