Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred
- ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- availability for occasional overtime and on-call shifts
- strong organizational and communication skills
- capacity to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- greet visitors and patients in a professional manner
- answer telephones and direct calls appropriately
- schedule and confirm patient appointments
- manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- provide information and support to patients and staff
