Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Maintain a safe driving record per Agiliti policies
  • Have customer service experience
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
  • Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Safe driving record according to company policy
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Prior hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
  • Retrieve equipment from customer locations, transporting equipment back to the office safely
  • Educate and engage customers about equipment features and functionality during delivery
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
  • Clean, inspect, test, and maintain medical equipment inventory
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call shifts
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies during transportation and equipment handling
