Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Maintain a safe driving record per Agiliti policies
- Have customer service experience
- Possess basic computer skills
- Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Safe driving record according to company policy
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Prior hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations, transporting equipment back to the office safely
- Educate and engage customers about equipment features and functionality during delivery
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Clean, inspect, test, and maintain medical equipment inventory
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency on-call shifts
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during transportation and equipment handling
