Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with safe driving record
- Have customer service experience
- Possess basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a hospital setting is helpful
- Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and customers
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 pounds
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations, safely transporting it back to the office
- Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery about equipment features and functionality
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Process, clean, inspect, and test medical equipment as per company standards
- Maintain inventory records and perform routine checks on equipment
- Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules as required
