Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Have customer service experience
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
  • Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting is helpful
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and customers
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 pounds

Job Duties

  • Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
  • Retrieve equipment from customer locations, safely transporting it back to the office
  • Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery about equipment features and functionality
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
  • Process, clean, inspect, and test medical equipment as per company standards
  • Maintain inventory records and perform routine checks on equipment
  • Participate in on-call and holiday rotation schedules as required
