Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Maintain a safe driving record
- Have customer service experience
- Possess basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, current, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Safe driving record based on company policy
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office safely
- Educate and engage customers about the features and functionality of the equipment
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and testing returned medical equipment as required
- Maintain inventory records and report any discrepancies
- Participate in on-call duties including weekends as scheduled
