Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- Possess customer service experience
- Have basic computer skills
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Prior work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it safely back to the office
- Educate and engage customers on the features and functionality of the equipment during delivery
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Clean, inspect, and test equipment to ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies during delivery and equipment handling
