Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
  • Possess customer service experience
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
  • Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
  • Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it safely back to the office
  • Educate and engage customers on the features and functionality of the equipment during delivery
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
  • Clean, inspect, and test equipment to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies during delivery and equipment handling
