Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with Agiliti policies
  • Have customer service experience
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency shifts
  • Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to lift and push up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including emergency shifts

Job Duties

  • Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
  • Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office
  • Educate and engage customers on equipment features and functionality during delivery
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
  • Inspect, clean, and test equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Maintain inventory records and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
