Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with Agiliti policies
- Have customer service experience
- Possess basic computer skills
- Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency shifts
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, squat, kneel, crawl, sit, and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift and push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including emergency shifts
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it back to the office
- Educate and engage customers on equipment features and functionality during delivery
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Inspect, clean, and test equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain inventory records and report any discrepancies or issues
- Participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
