Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Maintain a safe driving record as per company policies
  • Have customer service experience
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
  • Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid, current, and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Safe driving record based on company policy
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Previous experience in hospital or healthcare settings is a plus
  • Ability to manage physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
  • Retrieves equipment from customer locations, safely transporting the equipment back to the office
  • Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, keeping customers informed on the features and functionality of the equipment
  • Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure clean, inspected, and tested equipment
  • Follow all safety and compliance standards during equipment handling and delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and support during all interactions
