Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Maintain a safe driving record as per company policies
- Have customer service experience
- Possess basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, current, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Safe driving record based on company policy
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Previous experience in hospital or healthcare settings is a plus
- Ability to manage physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers
- Retrieves equipment from customer locations, safely transporting the equipment back to the office
- Educate and engage customers at the time of delivery, keeping customers informed on the features and functionality of the equipment
- Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner to ensure accurate documentation for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain inventory records and ensure clean, inspected, and tested equipment
- Follow all safety and compliance standards during equipment handling and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and support during all interactions
