Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- active driver’s license held for at least 3 years
- demonstrated dependability and reliability
- ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screens
- ability to drive a non-commercial vehicle under various road and weather conditions
- excellent driving history
- ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- comfortable walking long distances and standing for long periods
- proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location and mandates
- ability to follow procedures closely
- ability to adapt to technology
- physical capability to lift items off storage racks

Job Duties
- Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials
- operate hand-held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle
- strictly observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules
- present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction
- load and unload company vehicles using appropriate equipment
- demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior
- conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat and orderly vehicle
- adapt to route assignments and perform all duties across various routes
- work collaboratively with teammates and clients to build a positive team culture
