Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers' license
- Pass background check and motor vehicle record check
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and customer specific medical certifications
- Provide proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage
- American Expediting listed as additionally insured or insurance covered under dispatch
- Workers' comp or occupational accident insurance as per state statute or $1 million occupational accident coverage
- Own and maintain a minivan
Job Qualifications
- Reliable and professional with a clean driving record
- Ability to provide own minivan vehicle
- Completion of TSA and medical certifications as required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
Job Duties
- Provide on-demand delivery services to medical facilities
- Ensure same-day delivery and expedited service
- Maintain high standards of customer care
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Handle medical parcels safely and securely
- Complete required certifications including TSA and customer-specific certifications
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
