Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
- background check and motor vehicle record check (must pay upfront)
- willingness to obtain TSA certification and customer-specific medical certifications (certifications provided upon contracting)
- proof of insurance required with 100/300 liability coverage
- American Expediting listed on declaration page or certificate of insurance as additionally insured or while under dispatch, insurance is offered
- workers' comp or occ/acc per state statute or $1MM occ/acc
Job Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- minimum age of 21 years
- clean driving record
- ability to obtain TSA certification and customer-specific medical certifications
- good communication skills
- experience in delivery or courier services preferred
- knowledge of local and regional routes
Job Duties
- provide reliable and expedited delivery of medical specimens and supplies
- maintain timely communication with dispatch and clients
- ensure proper handling and security of medical items during transport
- follow all safety and regulatory guidelines for medical courier services
- manage delivery schedules to meet same-day service requirements
- maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards
- keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
