Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate vehicle
- Ability to perform light occasional physical effort lifting boxes up to 65 lbs
- Customer focused
- Continuous mental and visual attention while driving
- Ability to follow company safety procedures
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year relevant driving or runner work experience preferred
- Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain attention and focus during driving
- Basic knowledge of safety and operational protocols in delivery
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to customers while complying with instructions and prescribed routines, methods or procedures
- Operate company vehicle to deliver products to hospitals, clinics, and other facilities as instructed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow SOPs for cleaning and disinfecting tools/work areas in the pharmacy approximately 25% of the time
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during delivery
- Perform occasional physical effort required to move, lift, and deliver containers and boxes up to 65 lbs
- Maintain continuous mental and visual attention required to drive vehicle and deliver products
