Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
- Background check and motor vehicle record check required (applicant must pay upfront)
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and customer specific medical certifications
- Proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage required
- American Expediting must be listed as additionally insured or insurance provided while under dispatch
- Workers comp or occupational accident insurance as per state statute or $1MM Occ/Acc coverage
- Must have own vehicle equipped with lift gate and pallet jack
- Ability to work day shifts Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday to Sunday 8am to 8pm
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
- Ability to maintain excellent customer service
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and other medical delivery certifications
- Experience in delivery or courier services preferred but not required
- Knowledge of safe driving and load handling practices
Job Duties
- Provide expedited medical deliveries to healthcare facilities
- Ensure same-day delivery and timely service
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Use own vehicle for deliveries meeting specified equipment requirements
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications such as TSA and customer-specific medical certifications
- Adhere to safety and compliance protocols during delivery
- Manage delivery schedules primarily Monday to Sunday with variable hours
