Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Undergo background check and motor vehicle record check (self-paid)
- Willingness to obtain TSA certification and medical certifications
- Provide proof of insurance with 100/300 liability coverage
- Insurance listing American Expediting as additionally insured or coverage while under dispatch
- Workers’ compensation or occupational accident insurance per state statute or $1MM Occ/Acc coverage
- Own a vehicle with a lift gate
Job Qualifications

- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
- TSA Certification willingness
- Customer-specific medical certification willingness
- Reliable vehicle with lift gate
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide expedited delivery services to medical facilities
- Ensure timely and safe transport of medical items
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Perform on-demand same-day deliveries
- Use own vehicle equipped with a lift gate for deliveries
- Obtain necessary certifications including TSA and customer-specific medical certifications
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
