- Previous experience in a retail or food handling environment preferred
- Ability to operate wrapping machinery and meat grinder
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods

- Basic math and communication skills

Job Duties
- Wrap and label meat products using wrapping machine
- Stock display cases with fresh meat products
- Operate meat grinder according to safety guidelines
- Clean and sanitize meat department including meat room, cooler, equipment, and utensils
- Restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and product rotation
