- Ability to work in cold and fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow prep sheets and specifications
- Physical stamina to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods

- Tracking product yield
- Setting up a meat display case
- Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment
- Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
- Following storage and rotation procedures
- Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
- Exhibits teamwork
