Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- understanding of payroll and scheduling software
- ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant or retail management
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
- knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including being on-call during restaurant operating hours
Job Duties
- lead and manage a team of assistant managers, swing managers, and floor supervisors to consistently deliver strong operations and profitability
- coach and support managers with goal setting, progress tracking, and performance feedback
- ensure strict adherence to McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards and all food safety regulations
- conduct weekly team meetings to review department performance, identify opportunities, and share updates
- participate in weekly and monthly leadership meetings
- manage and analyze the restaurant’s profit and loss to achieve monthly financial targets
- oversee the people department, ensuring hiring needs are met, training is ongoing, employee development is prioritized, and people metrics are reviewed and improved
