Minneapolis Marriott Northwest All-Suite hotel is a newly renovated, upscale hotel offering guests first-class service and amenities. Located in a vibrant area, this property boasts extensive facilities including the Wadsworth Restaurant and Bar, the Boundary Waters Cafe, an indoor heated pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- ability to lead a team and multitask effectively
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of hospitality software systems

Job Duties
- greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations and VIP requests to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- track logs, manage messages and packages to maintain operational efficiency
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth
- build and lead a strong, communicative front desk team
- train new associates and provide ongoing guidance
- resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity while maintaining safety and standards
