Job Requirements
- Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience
- Supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand and work with financial data and resolve related issues

- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to manipulate and troubleshoot spreadsheets and reports
- Strong understanding of financial information and ability to resolve issues
- Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Take charge of daily cash operations by supervising the General Cashier, reconciling deposits for Rooms, Food, Beverage, and House, and upholding robust controls over all hotel cashier banks
- Ensure every city ledger payment is posted with precision, master AR collections through a savvy trace system, and gather your team for energetic weekly credit meetings and monthly meetings with the General Manager
- Orchestrate the full spectrum of accounting activities, from reconciliations to flash reports and income audits, always hitting the right notes in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and SOPs
- Run payroll ensuring compliance with state and local laws, and all tax and wage regulations
- Empower Night Audit and Front Office associates with expert accounting guidance, and step up as Manager on Duty when the team needs a steady hand
- Lead the monthly close syncing up with the Director of Finance and General Manager to review and finalize financial results
