Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guest populations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Greet and present to prospective customers incentivizing them to attend a sales presentation in line with company policies compliance standards and regulatory requirements while meeting performance goals
- Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings staying up-to-date on marketing materials industry trends and regularly reviewing performance goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with resort staff
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Serve as a positive professional brand ambassador representing Hilton Grand Vacations
- Act as a concierge offering local information to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests
- Greet and present prospective customers incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Schedule sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings to stay up-to-date on marketing materials and industry trends
