Job Requirements

  • Experience in timeshare sales and marketing
  • Two years management or supervisory experience preferred or equivalent timeshare experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
  • Problem-solving skills for departmental issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commission payroll systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Effective collaboration with multiple departments

Job Duties

  • Direct management of in-house marketing team including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, performance reviews, motivation, reward, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain total site marketing conversion according to site marketing standards
  • Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, and coding
  • Maintain copies of invitations and tour manifests for reference
  • Prepare and run daily and weekly marketing performance reports
  • Compile data on team member performance
  • Coordinate with in-house and front line sales management regarding tour seat availability and flow
  • Ensure timely dissemination of marketing and concierge information
  • Coordinate with sales on new or changed marketing programs such as booking and gifting policies
  • Submit employee payroll in a timely manner
  • Perform other related functions as needed
