Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing social media management or PR
- Practical knowledge of Canva and similar digital content creation tools
- Passionate about our brands consumers and company mission
- Great problem-solving skills and sense of job ownership
- Passion for natural and organic products and working for a purpose driven company a plus
Job Duties
- Support execution of brand activation plans across marketing channels including social digital PR and experiential initiatives
- Help coordinate logistics for activations such as product sends event materials and vendor support
- Assist with outreach coordination and follow-up for activation partners as needed
- Support development of packaging concept designs collateral and activation creative in partnership with the Brand Activation lead
- Assist with creative storytelling across marketing touchpoints including copy drafts content ideas and creative briefs
- Coordinate with freelance designers and agencies to support creative execution
- Support planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives such as pop-ups sampling events campus activations and brand moments
