Job Requirements
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 1-2 years of relevant management experience
- food safety and alcohol awareness certification within 30 days of hire
- flexible schedule
- ability to travel occasionally
- high level of restaurant cleanliness and safety adherence
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage staffing and operations independently
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hospitality or food service management experience resulting in sales growth

Job Duties
- manage all aspects of restaurant operations including customer service and financial performance

- conduct inventory and manage budgets accurately
- promote a positive work environment and handle employee relations and discipline
