Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Multi-unit restaurant operations or training experience of 8+ years
- Supervisory experience of 5-8 years
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Ability to stand for long periods in a restaurant environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
- 8+ years in multi-unit experience in restaurant operations, training, or related experience
- 5-8 years of supervisory experience
- ServSafe certified
- Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Project Management, Instructional Design, or other professional certificates preferred

Job Duties
- Cultivate the training and development of leaders across all regions
- Analyze field-based learning needs and influence the design of national training programs
- Lead and coordinate training initiatives
- Maintain a feedback loop on the functionality of tools and systems
- Build and maintain a sustainable training culture based on our values
- Partner with RVPs and TDs to support regional training priorities
- Ensure and support legal state and county mandates
