Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven management experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- experience managing teams in fast food or quick-service restaurants such as McDonald's, Taco Bell, or Chick-fil-A
- ability to thrive on the floor with a team while handling administrative tasks
- strong leadership and motivational skills

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
