Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Open availability during all restaurant operating hours including pre-opening and post-closing
  • Dependable and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Experience in quick service restaurant management or hourly management within Cedartown Foods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing drive-thru units preferred
  • Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Valid state driver's license, active automobile insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
  • Physical ability to tolerate noise, temperature extremes, and other elements
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to reach, grasp, manipulate objects for entire shift
  • Ability to climb ladders occasionally
  • Ability to remain active and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
  • Willingness to comply with reasonable accommodations for disability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 1+ year of prior quick service restaurant management experience or hourly management experience within Cedartown Foods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing units with drive thrus preferred
  • Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
  • Valid state driver's license and active automobile insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sound decision-making and conflict management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple initiatives

Job Duties

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and develops assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
  • Executes brand training program and implements additional training plans
  • Maintains personal and team professional appearance
  • Delivers work culture that drives engagement, retention, and decreases turnover
  • Provides praise and recognition
  • Implements progressive discipline
  • Ensures team adherence to food safety standards
  • Maintains production management systems
  • Leads team to meet brand food quality and recipes
  • Trains team to create extraordinary guest experience
  • Achieves speed of service goals without compromising quality
  • Investigates guest feedback and resolves concerns
  • Conducts retraining or coaching based on guest feedback
  • Maintains clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Conducts daily evaluations and provides team feedback
  • Identifies and addresses operational gaps
  • Achieves health department and brand evaluation standards
  • Reviews financial reports and drives improvements
  • Implements plans to increase sales
  • Maintains accuracy of cash, sales, inventory, and data
  • Ensures profitability targets are met
  • Cascades brand and company communications
  • Reports incidents promptly
  • Completes paperwork and administrative duties
  • Ensures safety protocols are followed
  • Implements marketing campaigns and training
  • Maintains legal and regulatory compliance
