Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
- Must be able to read orders on tickets, menu boards, receipts, etc.
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
- Frequent washing of hands
- Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with liability insurance and good driving record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, and restaurant operating procedures
- Food Handlers Certification
- Food Safety Certification (requirements may vary based on location)
Job Duties
- Engage and empower team members and team leaders to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure fresh cooking using the best ingredients
- Maintain a comfortable and clean restaurant environment
- Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews
- Uphold food safety standards and certifications
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
- Support employee motivation and retention through strong communication and leadership
