Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in convenience or retail industry
- Experience managing QSR concepts
- Store merchandising leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to read, understand, and translate P&L and CapEx reports
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
- Safe driving record
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food service management, preferably in convenience or retail industry with QSR management experience
- Store merchandising leadership experience, highly preferred in convenience store industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and exceed expectations
- Ability to read, understand, and translate P&L and CapEx reports
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to convey ideas simply to diverse audiences
- Valid Driver’s License with proof of insurance and safe driving record
Job Duties
- Oversee retail execution of food service, dispensed beverages, and QSR concepts in the western region
- Partner closely with operations to ensure company program standards are met
- Travel frequently to retail sites, providing leadership and support to district leaders and store managers
- Ensure food and beverage programs meet standards of presentation, quality, customer service, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Evaluate labor and production plans with operations to maximize profitability and control waste
- Collaborate with training and vendors to develop operational training assets
- Partner with category management to implement promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
- Assist in launching new products and gathering market and competitive information
- Help select the right product mix based on customer and market trends
