Job Requirements

  • Flexible and varying schedule based on business demands
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale and inventory systems
  • Coaching and mentoring experience
  • Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health regulations
  • Proper food handling certifications
  • Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation
  • Consistent attendance
  • Professional Food Managers certification and Nevada state certifications
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of food and beverage management experience or equivalent

  • Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule
  • Proficient in Point-of-Sale, purchasing and inventory systems
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and developing staff
  • Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health regulations and proper food handling certifications
  • Professional Food Managers certification
  • Nevada state certifications required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of food and beverage management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Consistent attendance

Job Duties

  • Manages leadership team and venue labor budget to ensure consistency with staffing forecasts
  • Maintains tracking of labor hours and costs optimizing as necessary
  • Communicates business forecast changes to management
  • Accountable for service, production, quality, and control in the venue
  • Ensures Food & Beverage department policies and procedures are followed
  • Leads execution of food and beverage special events including menu planning and staffing
  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and development of team members and exempt direct reports
  • Acts as opening or closing manager ensuring readiness of team members, facilities, and materials
  • Ensures compliance with Department of Health and Beverage Laws
  • Maintains inventory and supports food, beverage, and non-labor cost controls
  • Coordinates with Entertainment management to align staffing with business needs
  • Conducts meetings to review health guidelines, service changes, and communications
  • Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
