Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAR Part 91 flight operations experience
- minimum four years experience in an executive flight attendant role
- current medical training certificates
- training per Qualcomm FOM
- familiarity with FAA, ICAO regulations and Customs protocols
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- extensive experience in culinary arts and menu planning
- excellent communication skills
- problem-solving skills
- knowledge of Safety Management System including Risk Analysis and Mitigation
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate and bachelor’s degrees preferred
- minimum four years of experience in an executive Flight Attendant role preferably corporate or high net worth individuals
- track record of success providing leadership in a team-oriented environment
- familiarity with FAA and ICAO rules, regulations and Customs protocols
- current medical training certificates such as FACTS, Flight Safety, MedAire
- training in accordance with Qualcomm FOM
- awareness of cabin safety and service best practices
- multi-lingual skills preferred with English as primary language
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- extensive background in culinary arts, food safety, beverage selection, menu planning
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong problem-solving skills
- familiar with Safety Management System including Risk Analysis and Mitigation
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, iPad and related software applications
Job Duties
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks
- deliver safety briefings
- manage emergency evacuations and medical incidents
- prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks tailored to passenger preferences
- set up and manage entertainment systems and provide amenities
- maintain a clean and comfortable cabin environment
- greet passengers, assist with boarding, and handle personal items
- provide discreet, culturally aware, and emotionally intelligent service
- sign and uphold confidentiality agreements
- flight attendant selection
- conduct contractor team meetings and ensure effective communication
- manage annual and ongoing training programs
- standardize procedures and policies
- schedule flight attendants
- manage vendors including RFPs, evaluation, and day-to-day management
- order food, bedding, and laundry
- participate in industry involvement to implement best practices
