Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Position reports to general manager

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of alcohol service and food safety certifications
  • Experience with scheduling and managing fast-paced restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proficiency with store related technology

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis
  • Enforces alcohol awareness and maintains adequate departmental inventory levels
  • Ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
  • Schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands
  • Maintains safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and security programs according to policy and government standards
  • Manages associate performance including recruitment, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
