Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Position reports to general manager

- Knowledge of alcohol service and food safety certifications
- Experience with scheduling and managing fast-paced restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service according to company guidelines
- Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis
- Enforces alcohol awareness and maintains adequate departmental inventory levels
- Ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- Schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands
- Maintains safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and security programs according to policy and government standards
- Manages associate performance including recruitment, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
