Job Requirements

ability to travel and stay overnight as needed on a limited basis
food safety and alcohol awareness certification required within 30 days of hire
proof of eligibility to work in the United States
ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
excellent verbal communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of hospitality or food service management experience with proven sales growth
excellent knowledge of restaurant cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
ability to train and develop staff
strong communication and leadership skills
understanding of financial controls and budgeting
ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
