Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Pass the company’s background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Within 90 days of employment obtain valid Seller/Server Certification and health certification
- No visible tattoos on head, neck, face above uniform, or visible tattoos on arms or hands except one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch, unless concealed
- Willing to perform all essential restaurant manager functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Proficiency with computers and calculators
- Valid state-approved Seller/Server Certification for alcohol within 90 days of employment
- Health certification obtained within 90 days
- Clean and professional personal appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members to ensure excellent guest service standards
- Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals
- Manage restaurant operations including cash control, inventory, and labor
- Motivate team members to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in clean surroundings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems efficiently
