Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Pass the company’s background process
  • Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
  • Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Within 90 days of employment obtain valid Seller/Server Certification and health certification
  • No visible tattoos on head, neck, face above uniform, or visible tattoos on arms or hands except one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch, unless concealed
  • Willing to perform all essential restaurant manager functions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and calculators
  • Valid state-approved Seller/Server Certification for alcohol within 90 days of employment
  • Health certification obtained within 90 days
  • Clean and professional personal appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members to ensure excellent guest service standards
  • Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality control
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales and profitability goals
  • Manage restaurant operations including cash control, inventory, and labor
  • Motivate team members to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Operate point of sale (POS) systems efficiently
