Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk 10 hours per day
- Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop
- Ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant
- Ability to move or handle items weighing 0-75 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations
- Understanding of hazards including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns

Job Duties
- Meet guests needs and special requests enthusiastically
- Review all schedules and forecasts
- Coordinate opening and closing activities in a timely and safe manner
- Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed
- Execute marketing programs including correct placement and maintenance of POP, suggestive selling, and consumer education
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy
- Utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, and Gmail
